Vinyl cutting is unforgiving. Tiny pieces get lost. Thin connections tear. Hair-strand details are impossible to weed. The Vinyl Engine enforces strict geometry rules so every design is practical to work with — not just pretty to look at.
Single Connected Shape
Every design outputs as one connected piece. No floating islands. No detached elements. Everything that can't connect to the main shape is removed.
Minimum 3mm Detail
Nothing thinner than 3mm makes it into the output. Hair strands, thin serifs, micro bridges — all removed. What remains is weedable.
Bold Silhouette First
The engine defaults to strong outer shapes — logo style, icon style, bold graphic. Interior detail only when it's large enough to cut cleanly.
Clean Vector Paths
SVG output at 6×6 inches — verified in Cricut Design Space. DXF output confirmed in LightBurn at 152.4×152.4mm. Both work first time.
