Right Size. Right Stitch Density.
Every embroidery size has different constraints — a 2-inch patch cannot hold the same detail as a jacket back. The engine automatically adjusts stitch density, simplification, and region count based on the product you choose.
Aggressive simplification. Bold, readable at tiny scale. Max 5 shape regions. Animals, icons, short text — nothing too fine.
More room for detail. Animals, logos, team designs with stronger character at this size. Still bold, still patch-safe.
Very small and wide. Short text or a single bold icon only. Hat embroidery is the most demanding — the engine simplifies aggressively.
Large format — animals, characters, full designs with genuine detail. The biggest canvas in the embroidery engine.
File Formats
DST Primary. PES for Brother.
DST (Tajima format) is the most universal embroidery format — it works on Brother, Janome, Singer, Bernina, Husqvarna, and most commercial machines. PES is included as a bonus format specifically for Brother machines. Both are included in every download.
