Engine Rules
Geometry Your CNC Can Actually Carve.
CNC routers have minimum tool sizes. Paths that are too thin, too close together, or too detailed will either break the bit or produce unusable results. The CNC Engine enforces carving-safe geometry from the start.
Bold Thick Shapes
Minimum tool radius enforced. No shapes thinner than your bit can handle. No tight corners that would require impossible tool paths.
Background Allowed
Unlike cut engines, CNC supports simplified background elements. Grass becomes gentle waves. Clouds become soft curves. Fences become thick rails.
No Floating Islands
Every element connects to the main design. Floating geometry that can't be carved cleanly is removed or bridged before output.
Closed Paths Only
All paths are closed and non-self-intersecting. Open in VCarve, Easel, or LightBurn and carve immediately — no cleanup required.
